Just a little note letting you know that I am extremely pleased with the job your istallers, Omar and Charlie. Omar made it a point to pay extra special attention to the preparation step of the installation process. In my experience, this is the most rushed part of most carpet installations. Not only did they thoroughly prepare the surface before installing the carpet, but the actual install itself was impressive. My newly painted baseboards were left in pristine condition. On top of this, they did a fantastic job sweeping up and cleaning up any debris. All furniture was carefully moved and my door moldings were untouched. It was very apparent that they take pride in their work and I thought you should know this. Omar and Charlie were professional, courteous and polite. I will not hesitate to have TS Carpet & Design Center install my carpet again when the time comes and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for a quality install.

The installers were so professional and we were amazed at their work ethic. They knew what to look for to make sure the installation was a success. They worked late into the evening to ensure we were happy with the end result.

Hi Tom and Kris,
Thank you both so much for your professional advice when you assisted us in choosing our beautiful wood flooring and stair carpet for our home. Your showroom was full of great flooring choices, and the selection of the Anderson Dellamano, color Frangelica, hickory wood flooring complimented the blue/yellow/gold contemporary décor of our home. The living and dining areas look so much larger and the rich Frangelica color adds warmth and peace to the ambiance of the rooms.
The installers, supervisor Darren and the workers Gilbert, Eric and Luis did an excellent job. I told them that they were artists and the floor was their canvas, as they used their skill to lay out the 6 ¼ inch wood planks on our floor. Darren saved the day when the baseboard we originally selected was too short, and did not cover the wall paper. He went right out and selected a very contemporary baseboard 4 ¼ inches in height that looked good and provided proper coverage.
Again, thank you both for your assistance, and we will highly recommend your services to our friends who need floor coverings.
